We are in Stuttgart

Sitting down to breakfast this morning with the team. Some of us are struggling to deal with jet lag 3am body clock wake up but all in good spirits.
Today is a free time day for us to explore the city in our own way (and recover from jet lag).
Yesterday we met Rudolph Lachenmann (D1830 District Governor elect) and wife Ursula at the airport (flughaffen) and caught the train to Stuttgart to a very warm welcome by the Stuttgart-Weinsteige Rotary team.
Maultaschen and Linsen mit Spatzle were on the menu last night and of course plenty of local brew beer!
Since none of us could sleep (schlafen) this morning, Dean woke up early and went for a run around the city (the only person bearing skin in 8 degrees celsius). Joseph sat in the coffee shop and went for a walk around town and some shops.
Photos to come.
